October is Fair Trade Month! To celebrate, we have partnered with Fair Trade Logan and Caffe Ibis to bring you a Fair Trade coffee and chocolate tasting class!

This class will be held via Zoom and will include tastings of 6 Fair Trade coffees from Caffe Ibis and 6 Fair Trade chocolates from Global Village Gifts. You will learn how to identify tasting notes, gain tips on sensory development, and discuss pairing options.

To participate, pick up a “Tasting Packet” at Global Village Gifts for $10. Cash, check, and Venmo payments are accepted at pick up. Upon purchase, please provide your email address so that we can send you details on the Zoom login, as well as additional information prior to the class. All of the samples and information on how to conduct the tastings will be in your packet.

Prior to the event, read through the instructions in the packet and be ready to log in to the class on Saturday, October 17th at 10 am!

This class will be taught by Caffe Ibis’s Coffee Educator, Edie DeVilbiss.
